What types of massage do you offer?
We offer a variety of massage modalities tailored to your unique needs:

- Chair Massage – A quick and effective way to release tension in the upper body. Fully clothed, sessions target the neck, shoulders, and back.

- Therapeutic Massage – Custom full-body sessions focused on relieving chronic tension, improving mobility, and restoring balance.

- Craniosacral Therapy – Gentle, hands-on therapy to support the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote healing.

- Myofascial Release – A slow, sustained pressure technique targeting the fascia to reduce chronic pain and restore movement.
What should I expect during my first session?
We’ll begin with a short consultation to discuss your needs and goals. From there, you’ll receive a session customized to your comfort level. Open communication is encouraged at all times.
Do I need to remove my clothes?
It depends on the service:

- Chair Massage: No – you’re fully clothed.

- Therapeutic Massage: Undress to your comfort level. You’ll always be properly draped.

- Craniosacral & Myofascial Release: Light clothing may be worn, as little oil or lotion is used.
How long are sessions?

- Chair Massage: 10-20 minute increments. 60 minute onsite

- Therapeutic Massage: 60 or 90 minutes

How often should I get a massage?
Everyone’s body is different. Some clients come weekly for chronic issues, while others visit monthly for maintenance and relaxation. We’ll work with you to find what’s right for your body and schedule.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We schedule by (phone call or email) appointment only. No walk-ins are accepted.
Is massage safe for everyone?
Massage is generally safe for most individuals. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or recovering from surgery, please consult with your healthcare provider and inform us prior to your session.
